Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Innovation department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical solutions related to past and future group initiatives.

About the Job

This is a challenging role that requires significant autonomy and responsibility. You will be working on a diverse range of projects, thanks to our Lean management approach and closely-knit team with various technical cultures.

Your Responsibilities

• Assigned to a set of projects, you will have daily autonomy to meet commitments regarding deadlines, overall quality, and compliance level.
• You will analyze and propose appropriate evolutions on your services to ensure their proper execution over time.
• Leveraging your expertise and interpersonal skills, you will evaluate developers, help them improve technically, and support them in internal team interactions.
• You will propose and produce deliverables related to technical implementation in the most suitable format, ensuring knowledge sharing and reversibility.
• You will play a central role in department life and be one of its main facilitators. Your proactivity and leadership will be expected to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
