We’re looking for a

Senior Search Team Lead

to join our growing digital marketing team.

You’ll be responsible for leading client success, ensuring campaign excellence, and driving measurable growth across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Communicate effectively with clients during US business hours
  • Oversee and review Google Ads accounts to maintain top performance and adherence to best practices
  • Develop and implement growth strategies across Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping
  • Conduct account audits, performance reviews, and optimization checks
  • Strategize and execute demand generation campaigns for white-collar lead generation and eCommerce clients
  • Proactively address client questions, performance concerns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, reliable reporting, and consistent results
  • Support and guide team members to maintain high-quality campaign delivery
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads for both eCommerce and B2B / lead generation clients
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, conversion optimization, and paid media funnels
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Experience leading a small team or managing multiple client accounts
  • Google Ads Certification preferred
