Would you be excited to join a startup within a well-established company? Backed by a leading power trading and Swiss energy production company, you will have the opportunity to build our corporate IT center in Madrid from scratch.

Bring your knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication to take charge as a Senior SAP Lead Consultant at Axpo Services EMEA. The energy industry is evolving dynamically and innovatively. In this role, you will lead, build, and drive the SAP Inhouse Consultant team forward.

What you will do:

• Build and manage the team in our Service Center in Madrid, focusing on SAP technology, and help establish the startup to an advanced operational level.
• Serve as a competent contact and customer advisor for the specialist departments across all group companies in Switzerland and abroad, supporting SAP systems with a hands-on skillset.
• Analyze business and technical challenges, drive SAP technical implementations, and support system changes.
• Analyze and resolve malfunctions in second and third-level support within your SAP expertise.
• Drive the introduction of solutions, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and user support, while establishing standards as needed.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in business administration, computer science, or business informatics.
• Over 3 years of experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA modules, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience in setting up and managing SAP service organizations or DevOps.
• Strong requirements and test management skills, with good understanding of end-to-end processes in a financially driven SAP setup.
• Deep hands-on experience in at least two SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, or PPM; additional modules are a plus.
• Strong decision-making, leadership, technical affinity, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
