Formación

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting or R2R, ideally in a Shared Service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (USGAAP) and internal controls.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like LEAN Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee all Record-to-Report activities: General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, and Cash Application.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities.
