Mission

We are looking for an Senior Project Manager to manage and coordinate all technical activities related to the integration of systems within our S / 4HANA implementation . The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP integrations, a strong technical background, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall S / 4HANA project objectives and timelines.
• Technical Coordination : Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
• System Architecture : Collaborate with solution architects to define the integration architecture and design, ensuring compatibility across all systems.
• Data Management : Oversee data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Issue Resolution : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for technical integration discussions, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S / 4HANA.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
• Experience working with international markets outside the EMEA region
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in relevant modules or integration technologies.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
