About The Role

As a Senior Operations Specialist , you will be responsible for day-to-day management of key metrics within city operations, focusing on maintaining and improving quality, performance, and compliance.

You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Country Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving milestones and key metrics.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

• Allocate and distribute budget between initiatives.
• Identify operational improvement areas and propose effective solutions.
• Negotiate agreements with fleets to increase the supply base and represent the brand with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Support hiring processes and coordination of external agents and collaborate with fleets to support their performance and satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives to increase service availability and quality.
• Monitor service quality and take action to uphold high standards.

About you :

3 years of relevant experience. Preferably in tech, consulting or other fast-paced environments

• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
• Independent, growth-oriented, and team player attitude.
• Experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar fields is a plus.
• High level of English and Spanish.
