Senior Legal Counsel

This role presents a unique opportunity to support high-value, cross-border transactions across the EMEA region in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.

About the Job

As a key member of our legal team, you will take ownership of complex commercial negotiations and serve as a primary legal partner to business and sales teams. The environment is dynamic and agile, and success in this role depends on your ability to manage deals independently with minimal supervision.

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of major commercial contracts across technology and service lines.
• Support complex cross-border transactions, often under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders.
• Navigate diverse legal frameworks across EMEA (English law and local laws).
• Collaborate with procurement, delivery, compliance, and finance teams on deal execution.
• Advise on risk management, contract structuring, and commercial strategy.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracts, preferably in IT, telecoms, consulting, or software services. You must have a proven ability to negotiate independently and possess strong understanding of SaaS, software implementation, IP, and cloud / on-prem contracting. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being beneficial.
