HR Business Partner at Avacone IT & LAB - Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services with Java (8+ / 11 / 21), Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to front-end improvements and ensure secure, compliant designs.
• Work with Apache Kafka / Apache Spark for real-time data processing.
• Deploy in cloud-native environments (OpenShift, Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Collaborate in agile teams (SCRUM, SAFe).
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years with Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, Microservices).
• Experience with cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI / CD.
• Strong in relational databases (PostgreSQL, Hibernate / Spring Data) and distributed systems.
• Proficient with Kafka, Spark, and basic Angular / frontend testing (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
• Background in financial services, ideally in reference data or trading platforms.
• Strong coordination, communication, and agile delivery skills.

Education & Languages

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
