A design firm in Marbella is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop client relationships and deliver professional design concepts. The ideal candidate should have a Degree or Masters in Interior Design, with over five years of experience in high-end residential projects. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, is essential. This full-time position offers a salary of around 2600 net per month, plus project-based commissions.

• Valid driving license and car.
• Portfolio of past work required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop client relationships to understand and develop a project brief.
• Articulate the client’s vision through delivery of professional design concepts.
• Create design concepts, mock-ups, renderings and client presentations.
• Research and source suitable suppliers.
• Develop comprehensive quotations.

Requirements

• Degree or Masters in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar qualification
• At least five years proven experience in high-end residential projects
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and 3D rendering
• Excellent people skills and the ability to take ownership of new clients, quickly establishing and maintaining good working relationships
• Ability to work well with a team while also working autonomously
• Articulate, attentive to detail and well presented
• Valid driving license and car
• Portfolio of past work

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships to understand and develop a project brief from concept through to project completion
• Articulate the client’s vision through delivery of professional design concepts to the highest standard
• Create design concepts, mock‑ups, renderings and client presentations
• Research and source suitable suppliers
• Develop comprehensive quotations
• Coordinate client, supplier and stakeholder interactions as required

Location: Marbella showroom

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, with occasional work on a Saturday

Salary: Circa 2600 net plus project‑based commissions
