As the largest Ortho clinic chain in Europe, we combine cutting-edge tech with expert care, revolutionizing invisible orthodontics.We are looking for a trusted HR leader who can lead complex and sensitive employee matters, drive performance across the business, and shape key HR projects at every stage of the employee life cycle. This includes supporting the Chief People Officer in delivering on People team objectives across multiple countries, managing complex employee relations cases, and representing the company in dealings with unions and works councils.We welcome candidates from a range of HR backgrounds, including Labour Relations, HR & Payroll Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management, who bring a strong understanding of employee lifecycle governance and a collaborative mindset.Key Responsibilities :

Support the Chief People Officer in delivering on People team objectives across multiple countriesManage complex employee relations casesRepresent the company in dealings with unions and works councilsDrive performance across the business and shape key HR projectsTrack and analyze HR-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvementBuild HR action plans and execute delivery, collaborating with other HR & Business leadersAdvise HR and business leaders on performance management and HR best practicesRequirements :
