Your Mission

As part of our Data & Analytics team, you will :

• Analyze & Strategize: Assess clients’ IT and data landscapes to define the best approaches for building high‑value data assets.
• Consult & Lead: Advise on Data Architecture, Data Management, Data Warehousing, and the optimal use of Data Lakes and Data Lakehouses (e.g., Trino).
• Design & Develop: Build and evolve modern data platforms using technologies such as Hadoop, Exasol, Snowflake, and others.
• Optimize Data Workflows: Design, develop, and continuously improve data pipelines to ensure data is reliable, scalable, and ready for action.
• Stay Ahead of Innovation: Keep up with emerging trends and apply best practices in data engineering across projects.
• Project Leadership: Take on partial or full project management responsibilities, depending on your experience and career path.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Data Expertise: A passion for data, with a solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric concepts—and knowing when to apply each.
• Advanced Technical Skills: Extensive experience with open‑source data technologies (Kafka, Hadoop ecosystem, etc.). Proven ability to build real‑time and batch data pipelines using tools such as Flink, Kafka, Spark, and dbt.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Mindset: Agile, proactive, collaborative, and driven by data‑powered impact.
