What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead complex operational transformations, from M&A integrations to enterprise-wide system overhauls
• Craft next-generation automation solutions using Python and LLM APIs to replace traditional enterprise tools
• Pioneer AI-driven operational workflows using cutting-edge tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP
• Drive end-to-end initiatives using battle-tested playbooks while exercising strategic decision-making
• Showcase your technical prowess through hands-on AI solution design and implementation challenges

Senior Advisory Consultant Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to conceptualize and implement AI-powered operational frameworks that slash manual effort, simplify complexity, and enable lightning-fast execution across Trilogy's diverse global software ecosystem.

Basic Requirements

Geographic sweet spot : North America (excluding California), South / Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2)

Battle-tested operational leadership : 5+ years steering enterprise software initiatives

Customer-centric mindset : 3+ years in customer-facing roles (Support, Sales, Collections, etc.)

Technical chops : Proven track record in Python development and LLM API integration

Tool mastery : Hands-on experience with Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or comparable automation platforms

Self-driven execution : Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact results autonomously and at speed

Nice-to-have Requirements

Track record of orchestrating major organizational transformations, particularly M&A integrations or large-scale personnel transitions

Previous success in conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational systems

Documented collection of self-developed, successfully deployed automation solutions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
