A leading technology firm in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Adtech Project Manager to oversee ad technology projects and enhance advertising operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, technical integrations, and a strong understanding of the advertising domain. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver effective solutions, contributing significantly to revenue growth through advertising technologies.
The Senior Adtech Project Manager will be part of the Advertising operations team in Adevinta Motor, and will work closely with the Technical consultant in the team.
The AdTech team, which includes both Program Managers and Technical Consultants, is responsible for:
Advertising Domain: Providing a common advertising domain that offers advertising services to all marketplaces across Adevinta Motor for users and clients.
CRM: Providing processes and support to sales and operations teams to ensure seamless connectivity between CRM and advertising tools.
Segment: Administering, processing, supporting, and governing a scalable segmentation in Adevinta Motor marketplaces.
Tooling: Providing processes and maintenance for clear tooling management and visibility.
Booking Subdomain: Offering all capabilities to book ad spaces in Adevinta Motor marketplaces. This includes managing and governing the advertising server (with a focus on scalability and agility), managing users and permissions, defining naming conventions, managing best practices, exploring new functionalities, and managing the technical relationship with Advendio. It also involves providing support for incidents, queries, and blockages, especially with sales teams, and conducting training.
Serving Subdomain: Providing all capabilities to serve ads in Adevinta Spain marketplaces. This includes managing and governing the advertising server (with a focus on scalability and agility), managing users and permissions, defining naming conventions, managing best practices, exploring new functionalities, and managing the technical relationship with Google. It also involves providing support for incidents, queries, and blockages, and conducting training.

Platform Support & Insight: Provide expert insight and support on the usage of our advertising platforms to internal teams and users.
Technical Issue Resolution: Offer assistance and solutions for technical issues related to advertising technologies.
Solution Design & Architecture: Design technical solutions, ensuring robust architecture and high quality to enable scalability and rapid growth.
Platform Monitoring: Monitor the performance and operation of advertising platforms to reduce the risk of incidents and ensure smooth functioning.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train team members to foster cross-functional capabilities and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
The Program Manager for Advertising Technology plays a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing successful projects and initiatives within the advertising team. This position ensures that all efforts align with the strategic goals of the advertising team, while driving continuous improvement and efficiency in tools and processes.
Strategic Alignment & Planning: Develop tactical plans and a roadmap for the team that are fully aligned with the advertising team's strategy and goals, in close collaboration with the Product Manager in charge of Advertising growth.
Prioritization & Delivery: Lead team-level prioritization, ensuring initiatives are aligned with overall goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress diligently and provide regular updates to all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed.
Process & Tool Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Product Backlog Ownership: Take ownership of the team's product backlog, encompassing both business and product initiatives.
Innovation: Strive for continuous improvement and embrace new technologies to stay ahead in the advertising landscape.
Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency in tool development and management, ensuring streamlined processes for optimal performance.
Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative environment within the team and with stakeholders, recognizing that collective efforts drive success.
