We are seeking a Senior Manager Actuarial Consultant to join our team in Madrid. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead actuarial projects and develop the skills of junior colleagues.

• Project management : leading teams, setting methodologies, and delivering high-quality results;
• Business development : contributing to proposals, identifying new opportunities, and developing relationships with clients;

• Public presentation preparation;
• Managing projects on a standalone basis.

This role requires strong expertise in risk and actuarial projects, particularly in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing risk-based capital models, mentoring junior consultants, and working with regulatory topics such as IFRS 17 and Solvency II.
