Role Purpose

To drive excellence in every area of client account management across the team – raising the bar in our service, performance and consultative approach. To manage TLC campaigns from start through to completion; to provide an excellent, ongoing service to clients, offering guidance and advice that results in successful campaign delivery and project management. To support the sales team with client pitches and bids and achieve repeat business through developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. To manage and direct the account management team to ensure the attainment of individual, team and company objectives.

Core Deliverables
  1. Lead end-to-end project management across all phases — from creative development to legal, production, web and beyond — ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Data and Digital teams to leverage internal tools and methodologies that drive data-informed strategies, reporting, and measurable success.
  3. Work hand-in-hand with Operations to optimise and evolve internal processes, improving team efficiency and overall delivery effectiveness.
  4. Partner with the Business Development team to shape and deliver compelling, insight-led client presentations that reflect best-in-class strategic thinking and execution.
Team Management
  1. Lead by example, exceptional client and campaign management skills.
  2. Development of team across all role structures & review team performance and motivate to produce success.
  3. Team structure and resource management in a dynamic environment.
  4. Issue resolution – point of contact and escalation.
  5. Capacity management and work allocation.
  6. Team performance, KPI’s and targets.
Commercial
  1. Monitor, oversee and drive commercial performance in line with YOY targets.
  2. Maximise commercial output of the team via relationship management, client contact and team performance.
  3. Budgeting and commercial awareness across broad spectrum of campaign delivery.
  4. Contribute to new business review and commercial viability of new projects ensuring feasibility and deliverability.
Project Based
  1. Driving excellence in campaign delivery.
  2. Strong focus on achieving client objectives and delivering campaign success (for both TLC and for Client).
  3. Manage various campaigns with an onus on the more challenging and demanding.
  4. Support team with project delivery, client relationships and drive account management excellence.
  5. Become source of knowledge across various campaign related categories including data protection, digital delivery and partner management.
  6. Liaise with various dept leads/heads on project lifecycle and delivery of success.
Skills & Knowledge
  1. Excellent presentation skills.
  2. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Excellence advising clients on capabilities and custom strategic solutions.
  4. Demonstrable leadership qualities with track record of developing prolific account directors.
  5. Entrepreneurial drive focused on client retention through value propositions and identifying new opportunities.
  6. Considerable experience in delivering a consistently high standard of service in line with client expectations and provide valuable advice and guidance.
  7. Perceptive to client needs, able to adapt to changes and quickly resolve any problems to the satisfaction of the client.
  8. Experience working in a managerial position; leading, directing and motivating individuals and teams and managing operational and employee issues.
  9. Practiced in managing and overseeing large scale client facing projects, managing workflows and monitoring work quality.
  10. Experienced in developing effective working relationships with clients and work colleagues at all levels and able to influence people to bring about the most successful outcomes that are mutually beneficial to all parties.
  11. Takes a commercial view when decision making in order to maximise the value to be gained from campaigns. Significant knowledge of the industry and any new and emerging practices and how to exploit them, and remains aware of what competitors are doing.
