A dynamic tech company in Barcelona is looking for a motivated Sales Professional to lead the SDR team for the UKI region. You will coach eight outbound SDRs, enhance their skills, and ensure successful pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have extensive outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing junior talent. Formación

  • Extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development.
  • Business fluency in English or knowledge of UK/Ireland business culture.
  • Passionate about coaching and developing junior talent.
  • Strong communication skills and able to simplify complex ideas.
  • Organized, focused, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and support a team of 8 Outbound SDRs.
  • Coach and mentor team members in skill development.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Collaborate with SDR Managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence within the SDR function.
