The ideal candidate will craft high-quality, web-based training materials focused on SAP SuccessFactors modules, requiring strong instructional design skills and digital learning experience. Fluency in English is essential, and flexible working days up to 5 are available depending on project needs.

SAP SuccessFactors Training Content Creator - English Speaking - 100% Remote Working (Based in Europe, working European Hours). Start date. 2nd February 2026. 9-Month Contract. End Client! Flexible working from 2 to 5 days per week (depending on project schedule).

Our end client in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire an SAP Training Material Content Creator, with experience of creating SAP SuccessFactors training material, ideally with SAP Enable Now.

They are not looking for a traditional SAP trainer to deliver classroom or live virtual training sessions. Instead, they are searching for a learning professional who can design and create high‑quality, web‑based training materials for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment modules using SAP Enable Now (Producer). This is a content development role focused on instructional design, not live delivery.

The ideal candidate brings:

• A solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong didactical skills and experience in creating digital learning.
• Ideally, hands‑on experience with SAP Enable Now or a similar tool.
• Experience with SF Recruiting and Employee Central are nice to have (but not essential).
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to translate business processes into engaging learning formats
• Experience working with corporate clients in IT, HR, or digital transformation contexts
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to deliver high‑quality results within agreed timelines and with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating interactive, role‑based training content using SAP Enable Now (Simulations, Bookpages, SAP Companion, etc.)
• Collaborating with internal experts to understand processes and design effective learning experiences
• Translating complex system interactions into simple, intuitive learning steps for end users
• Applying SAP Enable Now best practices to ensure scalability, localisation, and system alignment
• Managing content structure and metadata (eg tags, object naming, translation readiness) for long‑term maintainability
• Delivering ready‑to‑publish learning assets aligned with internal standards and timelines

Additional Information:

• The days per week may vary dependent on project needs/scheduling, but will be a minimum of 2 days up to 5 days per week.
