SAP SuccessFactors Expert

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional to join our global team in Málaga, Spain. This role plays a key part in shaping our organizational structures and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice to specialist departments in analyzing and defining HR processes.
  • Design, configure, and further develop existing HR systems, focusing on modules like Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, and RBP (Role-Based Permission).
  • Manage external consultants and lead sub-projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in designing, configuring, and further developing SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, and RBP (Role-Based Permission).
  • Strong end-to-end HR process knowledge, particularly across recruiting, onboarding, and employee master data management.
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable professional qualification.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP AI and People Analytics within SuccessFactors.
