We're looking for a SAP Workstream Leader - Operations to join the Global IT team at a leading multinational company headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vall s. The company is undergoing a major digital transformation and is implementing SAP S/4HANA Greenfield across 47 countries and 90 entities, with full internal leadership of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP strategy and roadmap for PP, PM, and QM modules
• Manage internal and external teams across global projects
• Act as key contact for compañía stakeholders and BPOs
• Oversee application support, budget tracking, and team development
• Deliver scalable solutions aligned with Fluidras transformation goals

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years of experience in SAP, including S/4HANA rollouts
