This role offers an opportunity to provide high-level support to a Managing Director in a dynamic and fast-paced real estate company.As the right-hand to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for :
Executive Assistance :
Diary management and travel arrangementsTask coordination and organizational skillsAssisting with enquiries and client follow-upCRM updates and sales acumenAdmin & Compliance :
Document management and preparing formsBasic legal and administrative follow-upClient Engagement :
Supporting on viewings and translations (if needed)Ensuring smooth communication with clientsTo excel in this role, you will need :
