With a growing international footprint and a rapidly scaling sales team across Europe, the business is now building the foundations needed to support its next stage of growth.

We are hiring their first Sales Operations Manager, a pivotal role at the heart of the commercial organisation, building the systems, processes, and insights that will power international scale.

Overview

As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of a fast growing team. Reporting into the CRO, you’ll design the processes, tools, and data frameworks that enable the sales team to sell smarter, faster, and more effectively. This is a role for someone who thrives in creating order from complexity: shaping reporting, streamlining workflows, and bringing analytical rigour to a fast-moving scale-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage efficient sales processes to shorten the sales cycle and create consistency.
  • Own and optimise the CRM (HubSpot) and wider sales tech stack, ensuring clean, accurate data.
  • Build forecasting models, dashboards, and insights that inform strategic decisions at leadership level.
  • Equip the sales team with tools, playbooks, and resources to improve productivity and win rates.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy, lead flow, and performance.
  • Take ownership of RFPs and ensure the team has the right commercial support in place.
You Must Bring
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations in a scaling SaaS or B2B tech business.
  • Strong technical skills in HubSpot (or Salesforce) and advanced Excel / reporting.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Commercial sharpness, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting to leadership and partnering across teams.
  • A proactive, curious, and adaptable approach – able to bring structure to a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
