Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our recruitment call center efforts in Italy and help to continue developing the region and gaining market share from our competitors.
Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed the company's sales quotas and goals by maximizing the sales team’s production by fostering a culture ofhighaccountability, strong work habitsandconsistent training / practice.
Oversee the Sales Departmentand spearhead the effort to drive revenue throughRecruiting, Training, Coaching, and Managingall sales agents. Develop and maintain sales Standard Operational Procedures.
Work with other stakeholders, primarily Marketing, cooperating to design and execute promotional strategy in the region.
Measuring and assessing sales Operations effectiveness and efficiency through maintaining and developing business intelligence tools to track sales KPIS : N Leads, conversion rates, revenue per sale, refund rate, quality monitoring and performance against productivity KPIs.
Provide and present data driven performance feedback to senior management team and stakeholders in consultation with the EU B2C Sales Director.
Qualifications
Requirements :
Italian native level and high fluency in English .
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a B2C / Direct Sales Organization .
Education industry background or / and contact center experience would be required.
Good technical skills : proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM environment ( Salesforce preferred).
