A leading company in the insurance sector seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and build relationships. The role involves developing strategies and capitalizing on upselling opportunities, requiring significant experience in B2B sales and fluency in Spanish. Ideal candidates will have a preferred background as a qualified actuary and a proven consulting track record.

Formación

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, software, or services).
  • Experience in the insurance industry is required.
  • Proven track record in consulting and managing complex client relationships.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and capitalize on new growth and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within the insurance ecosystem.
  • Define and implement sales strategies to expand the client base.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Spanish
Effective communication in English

Qualified actuary preferred

Key Duties (Including but not limited to) :

  • Identify and capitalize on new growth and upselling opportunities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, creating intellectual capital and driving thought leadership
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within the insurance ecosystem (federations, associations, clients, prospects, and partners)
  • Define and implement sales strategies to expand the client base

Qualifications required :

  • Fluent in Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Qualified actuary is preferred

Experience required :

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, software, or services)
  • Experience in the insurance industry is required
  • Experience providing technical expertise in actuarial fields such as valuation, risk, or economic capital projects
  • Proven track record in consulting, solution services, or managing complex client relationships
