A leading wellness company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage client accounts in the Balearic Islands. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of sales experience, knowledge in the fitness and healthcare industries, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative products while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Formación

  • 3+ years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Fitness, Sport Industry and Healthcare.
  • Experience with CRM software.

Your Role

Are you passionate about driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and promoting a wellness lifestyle?

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development in the Balearic Islands (ideally based in Mallorca), covering both the Club and HCP (Health, Corporate & Performance) sales segments.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients while promoting Technogym’s premium range of products, services, and digital solutions.

Your Impact
  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
About You
  • +3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Fitness, Sport Industry and Healthcare.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
  • Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
