We are seeking a skilled Safety Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge technology for the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying occupational risks, implementing prevention strategies, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.Responsibilities :

Identify potential hazards and implement controls to prevent accidents.Conduct regular site visits to ensure health and safety compliance in the field.Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.Provide training sessions and emergency drills to ensure team readiness.Monitor use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure that safety protocols are followed on-site.Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with OHS standards.Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety, Hygiene & Ergonomics).At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Availability to travel up to 40% of your time across Europe.Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.What We Offer :
