We are seeking a Retail Marketing Expert to join our team and lead the development of business strategy, retail strategy execution, and joint marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail marketing, a deep understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance, and strong analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategy to drive sales growth and enhance brand image
• Partner with the local distributor and retail partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns
• Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies to drive customer purchasing behavior
• Maintain a deep understanding of consumer interactive experiences and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements :

• University graduate in Marketing or Business Management
• Proven working experience in retail marketing with extensive knowledge of tools to manage retail marketing performance
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills to improve brand market share
• Innovative approach to consumer interactive experiences and excellent communication skills
• 5-10 years' experience in the retail industry
