Regional Sales Manager – Power & Electrical Industry

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and grow sales in assigned markets
  • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships
  • Deliver on sales and margin targets
  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Shape pricing strategies and influence commercial policy
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities
  • Participate in industry trade fairs and networking events
  • Support and analyze marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales
Your Profile
  • Higher technical education
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the transformer or electrical switchgear industries
  • Strong knowledge of end customers in the sector (transformer manufacturers, switchgear panel builders)
  • Currently active in the market with ready-to-use contacts and a clear sales action plan from day one
  • Preferred candidates will have experience selling competitor machinery or similar products
  • Good English
  • Willingness to travel and represent the brand at trade events
