A fast-growing identity verification company is seeking a Regional Head of Sales based in Barcelona. This 100% remote role involves owning all sales activities and leading a team to drive new business. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in FinTech or identity verification, and will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and closing deals. Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives offered.

Formación

  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech, RegTech, or identity verification.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Experience building and leading AE teams in a startup or high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Own all sales activity in your region, from outbound to close.
  • Actively prospect, engage, and close strategic accounts across fintech, crypto, and online platforms.
  • Hire, lead, and train a small team of high-performing Account Executives.
