For our office in Altea, we are looking for a Recruiter & HR Officer to join the Exactly team.

About the role

As Recruiter & HR Officer at Exactly, you will play a central role in shaping our growing team. You\'ll be the first point of contact for new talent and a trusted partner for our managers. From finding and attracting the right candidates to making sure new colleagues feel at home from day one, you\'ll make a direct impact on our culture and growth.

This is a hands-on role where you combine recruitment with broader HR responsibilities. You will have the freedom to bring in your own ideas, improve processes, and help us continue building Exactly into a great place to work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment : job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
• Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns and other sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a candidate pool for recurring hiring needs.
• Support onboarding of new employees (contracts, first-day organization, documentation).
• Keep employee records up to date.
• Assist in organizing training, evaluations, and company activities.
• Provide general HR support to managers and staff.

Requirements

• Good command of both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR processes is a plus.
