Formación

  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR roles.
  • Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English and German; Spanish is a plus.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our People team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent across our European operations, while supporting recruitment-related projects and processes at Otovo.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international environment where collaboration, innovation, and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal recruitment processes from sourcing to screening for roles across Otovo’s European markets, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using our HRIS and recruitment software.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvements.

Who You Are

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles.
  • You’re familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.
  • You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on data accuracy.
  • You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively.
  • You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • You communicate fluently in English and German, Spanish is a plus.
