A hospitality establishment in Ibiza is seeking a Guest Services professional to manage guest inquiries and bookings. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-profile venues, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish, as well as a passion for excellent service.
Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is set in a working olive grove and brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island, including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms, and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.
We are seeking an experienced Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. As a Guest Services you will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries, coordinating travel arrangements, and booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email or through a central reservation system.
A successful Guest Services for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
