Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Broker to join our boutique team.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Driven Properties in the commercialization of prime and luxury residential properties, including new developments.
  • Advise high-net-worth and international clients throughout the entire sales process, ensuring excellence and discretion at every stage.
  • Actively source new product (listing acquisition) and maintain a network of potential clients, investors and industry contacts.
  • Conduct market research, prepare pricing analyses and develop tailored commercial proposals for clients and developers.
  • Negotiate transactions with precision and professionalism, always safeguarding the client’s interests and the company’s reputation.
  • Diligently register, track and report all activities in the CRM, following internal protocols and ensuring full traceability of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to improve processes, optimize lead conversion, and strengthen Driven’s boutique positioning.
  • Previous experience in luxury real estate sales or related high-end sectors (art, hospitality, private banking, etc.).
  • Knowledge of new development sales processes (highly valued).
  • Technical training in architecture, real estate, engineering, or similar fields (a plus).
  • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term trust with clients.
  • Bilingual Spanish–English (fluency required). Other languages are a plus (French, Italian, Arabic, Russian, etc.).
  • International profile or experience working with global clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
