Formación

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la finalización de proyectos complejos de IT y transformación empresarial.
• Desarrollar y mantener planes de proyecto detallados.
• Monitorear el progreso del proyecto y asegurar la entrega exitosa de los entregables.

Conocimientos

Gestión de proyectos de transformación IT

Metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Comunicación en inglés y español (mínimo nivel B2)

Herramientas como Azure Boards, MS Project

Certificaciones PMP, PRINCE2 o similares

Experiencia con desarrollo offshore y de terceros

Familiaridad con tecnologías en la nube y herramientas DevOps

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for a global leading operator in credit insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of complex IT and business transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and scope management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure the successful delivery of all project deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous communication and transparency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by developing proactive strategies.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Implement quality assurance practices and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing IT and business transformation projects.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure Boards, MS Project, and other project management software.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience with offshore and third-party development.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps tools.
