QAD has a Professional Services Consultant position available in our Services team. The role focuses on implementing DSCP (Digital Supply Chain Planning) solutions from an end-to-end perspective on the functional and business side at client sites. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, collaborating with project management and development teams, system setup, and configuration. The position reports directly to the Resource Manager - Supply Chain.

This role is fully remote and based in Spain, requiring travel across Europe (approximately 60-70% of the time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution, aligned with DSCP project methodology and standards.
• Identify client SCM (Supply Chain Management) IT landscape, strengths, weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with development and delivery team partners.
• Analyze client SCM IT landscape in relation to their overall IT environment.
• Provide analysis, consulting, setup, training, and support services during customer startup, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Validate solutions and oversee projects to successful completion.
• Manage multiple projects with durations ranging from 4 to over 12 months.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience managing customer projects in supply chain or related industries.
• Engineering degree preferred, with extensive consulting experience, especially in supply chain software.
• Deep understanding of supply chain/logistics and IT architecture.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills across supply chain functions.
• Ability to communicate complex information tactfully and manage client expectations.
• Experience in setting up supply chain planning solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; excellent writing skills.
• Self-sufficient, rigorous, pragmatic, creative, and resilient.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in supply chain areas preferred.
• Business Process Certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP) are advantageous.
