Overview

Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Maintenance Technician
Location: Seville, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift - 10pm - 6:30am Monday - Friday
Pay: $25/hr to start
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Eligible for Raise & Benefits Upon Hire

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Production Maintenance Technician to join our team – we have openings on 1st and 3rd shift in Seville, OH. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience working with automated machinery in a production setting. You will be responsible for machine changeovers, fault diagnosis, minor repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance routines to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine changeovers and troubleshoot equipment faults on production lines
• Correct minor mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Use gauges and destruct testing to qualify part quality before releasing to Quality Control
• Document completed work accurately and thoroughly according to ATD process procedures
• Support the Maintenance Department in completing daily preventative maintenance (PMs) on machines, chillers, and other support equipment
• Work safely and follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Hands-on experience with sensors and resistance spot welding
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documentation and work instructions
• Must be detail-oriented and able to complete documentation accurately
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform simple quality checks
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overnight on 3rd shift
