• 5+ years of experience with Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop, knowledge of Windows 365 is a plus.

Join Axpo’s Group IT team and take the lead in shaping the future of our virtual desktop environments. You’ll drive innovation across Citrix VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365, ensuring performance and scalability that support our business needs.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of virtual desktop solutions
• Drive strategic initiatives around Citrix, AVD, and Windows 365 (Cloud PCs)
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and business teams to define and implement product roadmaps
• Ensure performance monitoring, cost optimization, and robust security in VDI environments
• Manage relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders
• Serve as the go-to expert for the virtual desktop environment within the nuclear division's IT landscape

What you bring & who you are

• University degree in IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience with Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop; Windows 365 knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experienced in managing VDI implementations and driving product lifecycle
• Nice to have knowledge about Intune
• Proficient in stakeholder communication and collaboration across teams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
