At Eni, we are looking for Product Development Support within Eni Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for updating, maintaining and analyzing the Benchmark with the repository of competitive prices and commissions.

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Updating the Offers tools for the company's different commercial channels in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, as well as the different white brands.
  • Processing of the offers requested in Spain and Portugal (Gas, Electricity and power optimization offers). Customized high-pressure and voltage studies, multipoint studies, multicopy, public and private tenders, etc.
  • Directing communication with the company's sales department to resolve doubts, offers, invoices, technical queries, etc.
  • Technical support for internal client invoicing, document management, customer service, settlements, etc.
  • Resolution and clarification of incidents in the application of prices in invoicing (Spain and Portugal).
  • Registration, processing, and control of commercial tariffs, as well as economic conditions.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Studies, Engineering, Economics or similar.
  • Knowledge of the sector is an advantage.
  • Level of spoken and written English.
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced Excel.
  • Programming in Visual Basic.
  • Valuable knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Valuable knowledge of visualization tools such as PowerBi.
