Formación

• Currently enrolled in the last course (or just graduated) in relevant fields.
• Possibility to establish an internship agreement with your University.
• Availability: 40h / week for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Manages job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and ensures alignment in interview questions.
• Conducts interviews and keeps stakeholders updated.
• Collaborates on onboarding plans and induction presentations.
• Participates in campus recruitment and career fairs.
• Supports with reports and administrative tasks.

Conocimientos

People & Culture Trainee

to be based in our Head Office in Barcelona who will work closely with the corporate People & Culture team for Europe, North Africa & Turkey supporting in different tasks as recruitment, onboarding and administration, among others. Besides this there will be room to develop yourself in exciting side projects.

Main responsibilities

• Manages job posting and advertisement processes
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation and ensures alignment in interview questions and other hiring & selection materials.
• Conducting interviews for a wide range of goals and keeping the main stakeholders up to date about the progress.
• Collaborates with onboarding plans and induction presentations.
• Preparation and joining some campus recruitment and career fairs.
• Administration and project for the VP People & Culture.
• Supports withreports, recruitment trackers and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and requirements

• Currently enrolled in the last course (or just graduated) in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.
• Possibility to establish and internship agreement with your University.
• Preferably, be available to start between October 2025 and January 2026.
• Availability: 40h / week from Monday till Friday during a minimum of 6 months internship.
• Fluency in English (oral and written). Spanish is a big plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with deadlines.
