We’re looking for a partnership director for Europe, a smart, hungry, and humble individual who can empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. Supported by a substantial budget and a wealth of company knowledge, you will also play a pivotal role in contributing to our growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets.

What You Will Do:
- Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals
- Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates
- Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships
- Conduct negotiations both internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals
- Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales
- Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns
- Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets
- Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance
- Report and identify areas of new opportunities
- Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow
- Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges
What We Expect:
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working with digital performance marketing
- Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing)
- Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
- Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage
