Overview
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Office Services Team in Barcelona.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office by coordinating logistics, suppliers, and administrative support to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating travel arrangements with the travel agency.
- Supervising external providers (cleaning, supplies, maintenance, etc.) to ensure service quality and continuity.
- Providing occasional support to the Accounting team, including invoice processing in SAP.
- Assisting Management and supporting meetings with international teams.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Ensuring common areas and meeting rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
- Coordinating catering services for meetings and events.
- Maintaining records of office expenses and assisting with budget tracking.
Requirements
Experience & Tools :
- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles.
- Familiarity with SAP and the Office 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience coordinating external providers and managing logistics.
Skills :
- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
