Based in Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile. Full-time, in-office position. Work with a leading luxury real estate agency. Key Real Estate, a top name in Marbella luxury property market, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and our team performing at its best.

What You'll Do
  • Property & Portal Management: Keep listings updated in CRM (Inmobalia) and portals with quality visuals, accurate details, and performance checks.
  • Team Oversight & Reporting: Monitor agent activity, prepare reports, and run KPI-focused meetings.
  • Newsletter Coordination: Create targeted newsletters with new listings, trends, and investment updates.
  • Calendar & Workflow: Manage team schedules, follow-ups, deadlines, and office supplies.
  • Lead Supervision: Ensure all leads are promptly followed up and well-documented in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury real estate or a high-performance sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with CRM experience (Inmobalia preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (French, Russian, or German is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy and confident with Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive, detail-focused multitasker with excellent communication skills.
