Quintas Energy is about Managing Power and our team of 200 professionals provides asset management, advisory and development services primarily in Europe, UK and Australia. A vacancy has arisen in our Asset Management Team for a Senior Associate.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the resolution of issues including updates to the Asset Management system and reporting to clients with special attention to failures and shortfalls that may lead to production loss including an Economic Impact Assessment.
- Issue standard monthly and quarterly reports.
- Populate the reporting platform, QE Connect, with full site details including components, contracts, technical design, location, and automatic reminders for compliance dates and events.
- Review O&M reports to assess the treatment of incidents that may have affected plant performance. Regular meetings with operators to review performance.
- Supervise O&M contractor compliance with all preventive maintenance activities and the delivery of monthly reports.
- Supervise O&M contractor’s corrective maintenance measures and confirm that such measures have been carried out in compliance with the O&M contract.
- Support contractual PR and/or availability values calculation according to contractual procedures.
- Supervise site visit reports prepared by Operations Manager and follow up on punch lists arising from these visits.
- Approve extraordinary works executed by Contractors.

Qualifications
- The candidate should have a higher vocational qualification in Solar Energy or a related field.
- Experience in the monitoring of energy assets and knowledge about the PV solar market will be an advantage.
- Strong presentational and reporting skills are desired, to supervise the preparation and delivery to Quintas Energy’s clients of periodic and special reports.
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail are required.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Fluent business-level English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
- The position may entail regular travel to the UK and other markets where Quintas Energy operates.
