A dynamic international company in Málaga is seeking an Account Manager to support hospitality clients in the Norwegian market. The successful candidate will communicate effectively in Norwegian and English, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers a hybrid working model with opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.
Manage and support a portfolio of hospitality clients in the Norwegian market
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and service delivery
Assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and improve performance
Report performance results and provide feedback to stakeholders
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM tools
Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)
Fluent English (B2+)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-service and relationship-building mindset
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account support is a plus (not mandatory)
Hybrid working model (Málaga office + remote flexibility)
Full-time, Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
