A leading digital advertising firm is seeking a multilingual Onboarding Account Manager to join their team in Barcelona. In this hybrid full-time role, you will onboard new business clients, guide them through advertising solutions, and ensure their successful start. The ideal candidate is fluent in Danish, Dutch, or German, has strong communication skills, and experience in account management or digital marketing. This position offers a competitive salary of €23,876 gross annually plus a bonus, relocation support, and more.

Formación

• Experience in account management, sales, onboarding, or digital marketing (2 years).

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and activate new business clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase.
• Understand client goals and set up tailored advertising campaigns.
• Ensure smooth client adoption and early performance success.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
• Manage frequent client interactions via phone and email.

Conocimientos

Fluent Danish OR Dutch OR German (C2)
