About the role

At SeQura, we\'re building a state-of-the-art ML Platform to enable our DS with all the necessary resources to experiment, develop, and deploy models in production. To expand our team, we\'re looking for a new colleague to join. Would you like to be part of it?

What challenges you\'ll be solving

• Be part of a team that\'s building an ML Platform in AWS to experiment, deploy, and monitor several models and their versions.
• Understand the user needs (data scientists, business stakeholders) and translate them into Product iterations.
• Prioritize, plan, and design core components and functionalities.
• Develop an ML Platform and custom libraries with distributed ownership in mind.
• Assist the DSs in their usage of the platform components through User guides, Demos, and personal assistance when needed.

What you’ll need

• ML Platform knowledge: You have developed an ML Platform in the past, and know the specific components comprising it.
• Python sensei: Good knowledge and prior experience of software engineering with an object-oriented language, applying good practices in terms of Domain Driven Design and clean code, among others.
• Surfing Platforms: Experience building and maintaining infrastructure as code in Cloud services, ideally in AWS.
• A DevOps / MLOps mindset.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: willing to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

It will be useful if

• You\'ve worked with AWS Sagemaker.
• You don\'t deploy anything without being declared with Terraform.
• You have implemented CICD pipelines in the past.
• You have experience building your ML models.
