A leading digital video service in Madrid seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth and engagement in Sports content. This role involves developing strategic marketing programs to acquire and retain subscribers while enhancing viewership. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of marketing experience, is fluent in Spanish and English, and possesses strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager, passionate about Sports, who will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy to drive Prime Video growth and engagement in our Region by leveraging the Sports properties we have rights for. This person will lead marketing programs and initiatives to drive Prime Video subscribers' growth, engagement and retention, while maximizing viewership for our Sports content. They will collaborate with Central and Regional Marketing, Sports, Social, Media and Product teams to define the marketing strategy to drive Sports video streaming customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The role focuses on core marketing channels (offline and online), including display, search, affiliate / partnership marketing, traditional mass and brand media, as well as Prime Video owned and operated channels. The role develops top-line creative, media, social and marketing planning to position Prime Video as a destination to watch top Sports content. The person will manage day-to-day relationships with marketing stakeholders at the Sports teams and Leagues we have rights for, engaging with colleagues at all levels of seniority in the company and externally.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention through online, mobile, and offline marketing programs. They should think and act strategically, develop structured plans, and be willing to execute hands-on with a start-up mentality. They should balance creativity with analytics and operational discipline, be able to generate ideas and build, with a strong sense of accountability and a focus on delivering great customer experiences for Sports fans and measurable results. no direct reports but does require the ability to influence others and manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
