What you will be doing
  • Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and supporting documentation for arbitration and litigation.
  • Conducting detailed quantum analysis and interpreting project data to support dispute narratives.
  • Reviewing project records and identifying key contractual and commercial issues.
  • Collaborating with senior consultants and expert witnesses on case strategy and delivery.
  • Liaising with legal teams and client stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.
  • Supporting internal initiatives including training, knowledge sharing, and business development.
What we are looking for
  • A degree in quantity surveying or a construction-related discipline; additional legal qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience in international contracting, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or major projects.
  • Exposure to dispute resolution processes such as adjudication, arbitration, or litigation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and / or Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools is beneficial.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for developing a career in dispute resolution.
