A leading game development company in Barcelona is seeking a Manager, Technical Production to lead a team focused on machine learning capabilities for Midcore games. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in technical production and a strong ability to manage teams and strategic initiatives. Scopely is looking for a Manager, Technical Production to join our LiveOps Automation team within our Midcore division in Spain on a hybrid or remote basis.

The LiveOps Automation team are responsible for building a sophisticated suite of LiveOps tools driven by Machine Learning (ML) for enhancing player experience within Midcore games. This initiative will implicitly change how Midcore manages its games in perpetuity.
As Manager, Technical Production for the LiveOps Automation team, you'll lead and grow a team of technical producers who deliver platform-level machine learning capabilities and tools across multiple midcore game titles. You will set strategic direction, oversee production roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution across numerous high-impact initiatives. This role requires balancing strategic planning (70%) with tactical oversight (30%), interfacing closely with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and engineering teams.
