About the job

Have you recently obtained your Bachelor or Master? Are you ready to start your career, preferably within a fast-growing, international organization? Then the GXO Graduate Academy, commencing in September/October 2024, is the perfect first step for you!

As a graduate trainee at GXO, you will start a 2-year adventure together with a group of fellow trainees. You will work at one of our sites in Spain in a role that best suits your interests, potential, and ambitions. This could be as a Team Lead in our operations, an Engineer on a large site, or managing impactful projects. Whatever your choice, we guarantee that you will develop into a true professional at lightning speed and have a great year!

In addition to your daily tasks, you will be immersed in a curriculum of leadership training, Operational Excellence, time management, and more. With on-the-job experiences and mentoring, you'll undergo rapid personal development, ensuring a transformative journey.

After this 2-year traineeship, we will celebrate your success and explore options within GXO to take the next step in your career. Your manager, mentor, and HR will guide you in making the best choice for your future.

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor or Master degree, or if you are still studying and close to graduation.
• Strong communication skills; you are ambitious, eager to learn, and a go-getter.
• Fluent in English (Level B2 or C1/C2).
• Availability to start in March.
