Responsibilities
- To ensure that the assigned user community is functional and can operate the business with minimum disruption providing out of hours cover as required.
- Undertaking general systems housekeeping
- Application functional support and L1 for all systems related issues & queries as the interface between the Business Operations management, Customers IT management and IT Team in order to Improve system performance/functionality & efficiencies.
- Scheduling and running of Application Management routines
- Contribute to a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team colleagues.
- Ensure that DHL & Customer company policies are applied where applicable.
- Training and Documentation - define requirement for and then facilitate creation and maintenance of required IT documentation.
- Work with third party service providers & partners, (both internal & external)
Requirements
- Language Requirements English (Fluent)
- IT Service Experience: 2 years minimum (L1 support)
- Internal/External Customer & Service Provider Request Management
- IT Literate
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Team Player
- Planning and Organisation
