A leading logistics company in Valencia is looking for an IT support professional to ensure system functionality and provide L1 support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT service, be fluent in English, and possess excellent communication skills. Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT service experience in L1 support.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage requests from internal/external customers.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide out of hours functional support.
  • Ensure systems are operational and manage queries.
  • Schedule and run Application Management routines.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that the assigned user community is functional and can operate the business with minimum disruption providing out of hours cover as required.
  • Undertaking general systems housekeeping
  • Application functional support and L1 for all systems related issues & queries as the interface between the Business Operations management, Customers IT management and IT Team in order to Improve system performance/functionality & efficiencies.
  • Scheduling and running of Application Management routines
  • Contribute to a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team colleagues.
  • Ensure that DHL & Customer company policies are applied where applicable.
  • Training and Documentation - define requirement for and then facilitate creation and maintenance of required IT documentation.
  • Work with third party service providers & partners, (both internal & external)
Requirements
  • Language Requirements English (Fluent)
  • IT Service Experience: 2 years minimum (L1 support)
  • Internal/External Customer & Service Provider Request Management
  • IT Literate
  • Communication (written and verbal)
  • Team Player
  • Planning and Organisation
